This saree is a perfect blend of silk and cotton, making it lightweight, airy, and comfortable to wear. The making of this saree involves a traditional process that has been passed down through generations. The silk yarn used in the saree is sourced from Mulberry silk cocoons and is hand-spun into fine threads. These threads are then dyed using natural dyes such as indigo, turmeric, and madder to create the vibrant green color. Next, the weavers set up their looms, which are wooden frame structures used to weave the saree. The warp yarns, which run parallel to the length of the saree, are set up on the loom.
