White Lata Design Handloom Banarasi Silk Saree is a traditional Indian saree which originates from the city of Varanasi (formerly known as Banaras) in the state of Uttar Pradesh. It is made using a special technique called ''zari'' which involves weaving fine gold or silver threads into the fabric. This gives the saree a regal and luxurious look. The saree is made from pure silk and is known for its intricate designs and motifs inspired by nature, such as flowers, leaves, and peacocks. The Lata design in particular is a popular motif which consists of vines and leaves that are woven into the fabric using the zari technique. The vines are usually designed in a way that resembles the shape of the alphabet ''L'', hence the name Lata. The base color of the saree is white, which is considered to be an auspicious and pure color in Indian culture.
